Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These terms govern the sale of products through this website by Delishh (operated by Ahimsa Planet, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Ordering and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error), in which case any payment is refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider.

3. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom via DPD. Delivery cost and estimated timescales are shown at checkout (typically 2–4 working days). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone can receive chilled/perishable items promptly.

4. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable foodstuffs, the standard 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once dispatched. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo where relevant.

5. Food safety, allergens and storage

Allergen and storage information is provided on product pages and packaging. Please follow the storage and use-by guidance. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, check the product information before ordering and contact us with any questions.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law (including your statutory consumer rights). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
